Cedric Fossito Tenkeu.

Cedric Fossito Tenkeu is an engineer, entrepreneur, and football development leader committed to building pathways for talent and opportunity across Africa and beyond. Born in 1992 in Cameroon, Cedric's journey is rooted in both technical excellence and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young athletes in underserved environments.
He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, with a specialization in analog design and power electronics. Professionally, Cedric has built a strong career in the semiconductor and advanced technology industry, currently serving as a Regional Technical Sales Manager at Pentamaster, where he focuses on high-performance applications, advanced packaging, and strategic business development across the United States.
Alongside his corporate career, Cedric has dedicated over a decade to football coaching and player development. In 2021, he founded Fossito Football Academy with the ambition of creating a structured, high-impact platform for young athletes in California. Under his leadership, the academy has already produced players selected to national teams, demonstrating both the quality of its development model and the potential of its athletes.
"Your life only makes sense when you put it in service of others."
Cedric's work is driven by a clear philosophy reflected in his proudest achievement—not personal accolades, but the ability to place others in positions where they can support themselves and their families.
Looking ahead, his long-term vision extends beyond football. Cedric aims to build a sustainable ecosystem that integrates sports, education, and economic opportunity—empowering individuals to live lives they are proud of while contributing to their communities.
Through Fossito Football Academy and his broader initiatives, Cedric is actively seeking strategic partnerships to scale impact, unlock talent, and create lasting value at both a local and global level.
